"Hand-made lemon tea is really super delicious, is it so amazing to introduce a barbecue restaurant drink!! Moderate sweetness and sourness, very greasy. So much so that I even took a drink home and continued to drink it We don't eat too spicy, we want it to be slightly spicy. Strongly recommend lamb skewers and scallops with garlic vermicelli. The lamb skewers are really authentic, and the scallops have been cut, which is very flavorful. There is also baked cold noodles, the main dream is to return to the school gate. The best part is that there is a small charcoal grill on the table, so the skewers will not get cold after eating slowly."

"Such tasty BBQ skewers! Prices are about $10-$12 for 4 skewers. I'd recommend ordering a couple of sides and trying a rice noodle/vermicelli dish too to get full. Expect to spend around $35-40pp. My favourite skewers were: - the lamb skewers - they are 60% meat and 40% fat which is the perfect ratio for me - so juicy with the fat crispy and well-rendered, deliciously seasoned with cumin - pork belly - comes in large thin slices and, again, they feature juicy meat and crispy bouncy fat, with a sweet and savoury baste on them that caramelises really nicely - mantou - crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, brushed with a sweet/mala/cumin sauce - the niangao - a chewy grilled rice cake, tastes like a slightly sweet rice crispie snack (i.e. has a toasty flavour) in mochi form Do try their kaolengmian which is a Heilongjiang specialty - it reminded me of Taiwanese danbing on first impression and on eating it too. It's an omelette with a flat noodle inside it, with some minced raw onion and a grilled sausage inside, topped with a drizzle of sweet bean sauce and pork floss. The tengjiao (藤椒 - a variety of green Sichuan peppercorn) soup with fatty beef, clams and rice noodles was different to anything I've ever tasted before - very intense on the peppercorn so your tongue gets numb and lips start tingling after one bite. The absolute perfect dessert to cool you down after skewers and the numbing spice of the noodles is bingfen - in its most basic form, it's a cold jelly dessert with brown sugar syrup. Here, they add osmanthus syrup and fermented sweet rice (has a slight alcoholic flavour) too which were really delicious. Yum!"

"Grilled meat mixed rice is the most amazing! The grilled meat slices over charcoal fire are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with rich meaty juice. The aroma of the rice and the grease of the grilled meat blend perfectly. Mixed with the rich mayonnaise sauce, which is smooth and delicate with a hint of sweetness and a milky flavor, the three of us finished one bowl in two minutes and immediately ordered a second bowl! Their lemon tea is also particularly refreshing, with a sweet and sour taste, and it's super delicious!"
